I didn’t set out to become a strategic alignment consultant. I set out to understand power.

My academic background in Political Science and Anthropology began with a deep curiosity about how systems shape people  and how people, in turn, shape systems. I studied governance, institutions, policy, and cultural dynamics. I learned how authority moves through organizations and how behavior patterns influence outcomes.

But what fascinated me most wasn’t theory.

It was the gap between what organizations say and what they actually live. Early in my career, I worked inside growing organizations; ambitious, purpose-driven, visionary environments. The missions were strong. The leaders were intelligent. The teams were committed.

And yet, something felt off.

Strategy meetings were inspiring, but day-to-day operations felt fragmented. Staff were capable, but unclear on authority. Leadership had vision, but systems lagged behind. Culture conversations happened in theory, but behavior patterns told a different story.

I began to realize something critical: Most organizations don’t struggle because they lack vision.
They struggle because they lack alignment.

That insight changed everything for me. Instead of just executing my role, I began observing like an anthropologist. I paid attention to decision-making patterns. I mapped communication flows. I noticed where authority was unclear and where culture contradicted strategy. I started connecting dots others overlooked. And when those dots connected, clarity followed.

Teams became more cohesive.
Leadership became more confident.
Execution became cleaner.

That was the turning point.

I realized my gift wasn’t simply operations, it was interpretation. Seeing the invisible friction.
Naming the unspoken tension. Designing structures that bring coherence to complexity.

The MOVE Collective was born from that realization.

My work today is rooted in both rigor and humanity. I believe organizations are living systems. Strategy without cultural alignment creates burnout. Vision without operational clarity creates confusion. Growth without infrastructure creates instability.

But when governance, culture, and execution align, momentum becomes sustainable.

This is the work I feel called to do.

Not just to help organizations grow,
but to help them grow in a way that is structured, healthy, and durable. Because vision deserves infrastructure, and people deserve clarity.
